3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the day we receive the returned item.
- Original Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees, provided the return conditions are met.
